Agnesdale Black

Agnesdale Black has become known for her stunning, vividly coloured wildlife portrayals and has in recent years gained recognition in several open exhibitions/competitions for her work including runner-up in the Winsor & Newton Acrylics Competition. You can view Agnesdales entry by clicking here. She is by self definition an artist who specializes in "realistic expressionism and abstract realism" and began selling her work back in 2000.

Agnesdale has drawn and painted since she was a child and even in these formative years was no stranger to competition where she found herself constantly in competition with her cousins in everything she done including drawing & painting. This competitive arena served her well though as she has always been acutely aware as an artist (as we all should be) for the need to push herself and break new boundaries with her artwork.

Agnesdale originally from the Philippines had always dreamt of being able to sell her paintings in order to raise money to help support children from the Philippines that have been less fortunate than she was in her own childhood. Over the last few years that dream has now become a reality and with the help of Mr Hendrik Stevens, Agnesdale has been able to set up numerous fund-raising charity art auctions for a foundation based in Belgium that helps asthmatic children in the remote areas of Luzon Philippines."Jpaf" also expands its help by giving medicines and vitamins,putting up water pumps and providing basic school supplies to Grade school kids.
